What is Dispute Resolution?

Arbitration and Mediation are traditional methods of solving civil disputes and are referred to collectively as "Dispute Resolution" processes. There are several types of Dispute Resolution processes, Arbitration and Mediation are the most commonly used alternative to formal Court Litigation.
